As Director of Operations, Sal brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in financial operations, investment oversight, and process optimization. He is responsible for building and maintaining the operational systems that support Signature Wealth Advisors to ensure the firm runs smoothly and effectively.

Sal has a proven track record of strengthening advisory teams by designing scalable workflows, improving compliance, and managing complex transitions with precision. He has led investment operations, integrated acquired assets, and implemented technology solutions that boost efficiency and support firm growth.

He holds a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bucknell University. He also maintains his Series 65 and Life, Health, and Disability licenses.
