Nancy Santiago serves as Director of Investment Operations at Signature Wealth Advisors, where she provides strategic leadership across the firm's operational functions. She oversees cash movement, asset transfer processes, and account administration, ensuring the seamless execution of client requests and the efficient transition of assets. In addition to managing critical operational workflows, Nancy leads and mentors members of the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Known for her operational expertise, attention to detail, and client-first approach, she plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the firm's continued growth.

Prior to joining Signature Wealth Advisors, Nancy served as Compliance and Operations Lead at Omni 360 Advisors. In that role, she managed regulatory audits, SEC examination preparation, client onboarding, and account administration, developing extensive experience in advisory operations, compliance, and practice management.

Nancy earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and advisors. She is committed to building strong relationships, developing high-performing teams, and supporting clients throughout their financial journey with professionalism, care, and confidence.
