Danielle DiLella is the Practice Manager at Signature Wealth Advisors, where she leads daily operations, team development, and strategic growth initiatives. With over eight years in wealth management administration and six years in operational leadership, she combines client service expertise with business efficiency to drive measurable improvements in workflow, client experience, and retention. Danielle oversees recruitment, regulatory compliance, and system implementation, helping ensure the team culture and client experience are smooth, collaborative, and client-first.

Her career spans multiple industries, including roles as Director of Operations for a Northwestern-based company and operational lead for a health and fitness startup. Across all positions, Danielle has partnered closely with executive teams to elevate performance and build high-impact, results-driven teams.
